Stewart David Nozette

Stewart Nozette is a scientist who once worked for the United States Department of Energy, the United States Department of Defense, DARPA, the United States Naval Research Laboratory, and NASA. He was convicted of attempted espionage, conspiracy to defraud the U.S., and tax evasion in 2013.  He pleaded guilty to attempting to provide classified information to a person he believed to be an Israeli intelligence officer.  He was sentenced to 13 years in prison.
