Cyberwarfare: The Cyber & Innovation Policy Institute (CIPI)

The Adm. James R. Hogg Cyber and Innovation Policy Institute (CIPI) is part of U.S. Naval War College’s (NWC) Strategic and Operational Research Department of the Center for Naval Warfare Studies. CIPI faculty activities (research, gaming, teaching, and outreach) focus on cyber conflict at the international, national, and operational levels.
