Library Aides, Guides and Instructions: Introduction

This LibGuide is meant to help patrons of the Naval War College Library make the most of the wide variety of resources at their disposal.

This goal is accomplished through:

  • Compilations of Databases and Resources in a clear, easy-to-use fashion.
  • Descriptions of individual Databases and Resources.
  • Instructional Videos explaining in detail the various components of each Database or Resource.
  • Contact Information for Reference Librarians.  
 

New Student Orientation: Reading, Writing, and Research

This linked version of the New Student Orientation PowerPoint for August 2010, has been converted to a video format. While the slides have been timed to suit reading purposes, if you want to read a slide in more detail you will need to pause the video to remain on a particular slide.
